We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. There is no ad-tech on this site, no data broker relationships, and no marketing lists being traded. This page exists so that's on the record — and so you have a clear way to exercise your rights anyway.
Under laws like the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and similar state laws, you can direct a business not to sell or share your personal information. Since we don't sell or share it in the first place, there's nothing to switch off — but if you'd like that confirmed in writing for your records, ask and you'll have it.
You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you've provided (subject to transaction records Oregon law requires brokers to retain). We honor these requests regardless of which state you live in.
